TTDARES Advanced Growth Management Class on Health-Promoting Plants Ends

The Taitung District Agricultural Research and Extension Station (TTDARES) of the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan held its Farmer’s Academy—Growth Management Class on Health-Promoting Plants at the TTDARES learning center. The event began on November 16 and ended on November 20 at noon.

While hosting the event, TTDARES Director Chen Hsin-yen stated that when developing edible products made from health-promoting plants, in addition to ensuring the products are made from ingredients posted as safe by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, producers must insist on continuing diligently toward maintaining product quality and maintaining consumer confidence in the safety of such foods. Later, Chen invited those present to return for the related Farmer’s Academy—Post-Training Conference and Lecture on December 4.
